  1. What is Applane CRM?

Applane CRM is a new approach to CRM and moves ahead from merely capturing of sales data to actually aiding the process of sales and customer relationship. Applane has a very intuitive and usable interface that you will love to work with.

  1. Can I get a demo of Applane CRM?

  1. Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?

Yes, Applane CRM is a pay as you go service. So you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

  1. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal (you must have an account with PayPal). We also accept payment via bank transfer for yearly subscriptions. For further details, please contact us at accounts@applane.com.

  1. Is my data safe?

Yes, we take different steps to ensure the safety of your data. We host our Applane product suite on Amazon Web Services (AWS) thus ensuring the highest level of cloud computing service and data security processes.

  1. How do I upgrade or renew my edition?

You can simply send your request directly to your Account Manager allocated to you at the time of signing the contract or alternatively send an email with your request at sales@applane.com

  1. What is your billing policy?

We bill you for your subscription service in advance of your service period. The amount you are billed is based on your available seat count. The Invoice start date is determined by the date that you first signed up for your subscription with Applane CRM. Payment is due to us on the first day of the service period.

  1. How do I increase the number of seats available in Applane CRM?

You can simply send your request directly to your Account Manager allocated to you at the time of initial sign-up or alternatively send an email with your request at sales@applane.com

  1. What is your policy for reducing or canceling licenses?

As per our Subscription Agreement, you can only reduce or cancel your licenses once you have reached the initial term of your agreement. Once you have reached that date, you'll be allowed to reduce/cancel as you feel appropriate.

  1. How do I reduce my licenses?

We require a notification of your intent to reduce your licenses 5 working days before your renewal date. Please notify us at sales@applane.com

  1. What are your product editions and prices?

We have two product editions:

Free Edition: A two users' free edition with no strings attached, no implicit/hidden terms and conditions. Sign up for free and be a user forever!

Enterprise Edition: An economical and customizable edition for innumerable users to un-complicate their complex organizational roles/hierarchy.

  1. What are the deployment options?

Applane will be deployed On-Demand (on our servers). Customers will receive an On-Demand account when they become a customer of Applane CRM.

  1. How do I purchase Applane products?

You can purchase either directly from Applane or through an authorized reseller.  If you have any questions regarding the order process please send us an email at  info@applane.com and our business team will contact you within 1 business day.

  1. How do I get my current data into Applane?

We have incorporated the data importing facility into our CRM, but as of now only the user with manegerial role has access to it. You may click on the concerned tab and either insert it manually or click on 'get data' to import data from an excel sheet in your system. For reference you may go through the sample data provided therein.If you still face any problems in data importing, please contact us at  info@applane.com

  1. I have forgotten my Applane customer number user name and password!

If you have forgotten your username and/or password you can simply click on 'I can't access my account' and follow the instructions therein to retrieve the required information through your email. If you still face problems, please contact us at  info@applane.com
